This is the most amazing exercise machine my wife was unable to exercise, it has some weight to it but is needed for the sturdiness but enough to feel safe on it the value for money is perfect and is good for storing away too with its small design and the resistance can be adjusted to your liking

I am very happy with this step exercise machine. It is perfect. A great size for my bedroom and so easy to use. It isn’t noisy at all. There is an LED counter which registers the steps and how many calories used. This exercise equipment was easy to use and the price was perfect.
