Super thick and comfy for knees

Excellent Thickness – Ideal for Comfort on Hard Floors

We bought this Yoga Mat 20MM Extra Thick 183 x 61 cm NBR Fitness Foam because the mats used in my wife’s Pilates class weren’t thick enough and were uncomfortable on her knees.This one has solved that problem completely. The 20mm thickness makes a big difference, providing plenty of cushioning and making floor exercises much more comfortable.It is quite bulky, as you would expect with this level of thickness, but the carry strap is easy to attach, doesn’t mark the mat, and makes it manageable to transport. There’s also a carry bag included, which is useful, although we tend to just use the strap.Like many mats, there is a noticeable smell when first unwrapped. However, it fades quite quickly — I opened it out ahead of time and by the time it was used, the smell was barely noticeable.Overall, a very comfortable and practical mat that does exactly what it’s designed to do.

Comfortable to use on a hard surface .

A good product . The 20mm thickness makes it comfortable to use in Pilates. Good value for money . It’s quite difficult to get back into its carry case but apart that I give it 5*.

Extra thick more comfortable

I had a regular yoga mat and was doing Pilates and my hips were aching. This mat is 4 times as thick and my hips don't hurt. It is a good length and width and despite the thickness, is still easy to roll up and put it in its bag. I am able to do exercises that I thought I would have to stop doing.
